Domestic Shipping:

·         USPS First Class Mail (Standard 4-8 business days)

·         UPS Ground (Standard 1-5 business days)

·         UPS 2nd Day Air

International Shipping:

·         DHL Express 5-8 DAYS (PENDING CUSTOMS)

·         UPS Expedited 5-8 DAYS (PENDING CUSTOMS)

Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order once payment & order has been processed.

Some styles clearly state that they are a PRE-ORDER. A pre-order can take up to 2-3 if the supplier is from the US, however if the supplier is from overseas this will take 1-2 the months to ship from the purchase date.

Please note: Once your item ships, we will not refund shipping fees for late arrivals as this is out of our control.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) Monday - Thursday will be processed the following day.

Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM (CST) or over the weekend will be processed the following business day. 

Luna Gaia Boutique will be closed on all major holidays. Any order that is placed during this time will be shipped the following business day.

Return Shipping Costs

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. 

Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product received is defective or there is an error on our part.

A  $7 return shipping fee, will be deducted from your store credit refund. 

Holiday Day Return Policy: Orders placed on November 15th, 2024, through December 24th, 2024, are returnable until January 15th, 2025. Orders placed after December 24th are subject to our standard 14-day return policy.

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges or returns for store credit only. Due to a portion of every sale going to the organizations Bracha supports, we do not offer refunds. There is no exception.

We will exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days of delivery.

ALL returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition/packaging.

A  $7 return shipping fee, will be deducted from your store credit refund.
