DISCOVER ARBONNE

Hello ladies, I wanted to hop in and share with you a little bit of what it is that I do and how I help others to do the exact same thing that I do, how they get paid, and more.  

So in case you don't know me yet, I'm Stephanie L. Lopez, I'm 35 years old and I live temporally in Puerto Rico, I am a single mamma of four, owner of Stephanie's Wellness, YouTuber and I am also an Independent Consultant for a company called Arbonne.

So Arbonne is a company based on Swiss heritage, we are 40 years old, and we are online health, wellness, and beauty business.

We were founded 42 years ago by a man named Peter Morck and he had this vision to create these amazing botanically based products that are really really good for us, good for the animals, good for the planet and that actually work.  He also wanted to attack an opportunity to that, that will allow ordinary people such as myself to become extraordinary, so he did exactly that. 

Maybe you have heard about Arbonne before since we have been here for a long time, and you can be part of it in many ways such as a preferred client where you can purchase these amazing products for a great discount or you can do what I do and run a business with it.  

I started this business about two years ago when I was looking for the perfect plant-based protein, along with other super clean nutrition products that I would live by and could recommend to my future membership website clients.  This need came to light when I started to receive tons of messages from people asking me what it is that I use to stay healthy and what is a good plant-based protein shake that I live by, but I wasn't really liking any to the point of recommending it so I to really dig deep and look until I finally found a product that was plant-based, super clean aka healthy and that always kept in mind us, the animals and the planet.  

Soon, in the process of my business, I noticed that I was extremely in love with entrepreneurship and that I wanted to invest in a team. So I started to follow other amazing Arbonne Independent Consultants to get inspired and learn more about the products, Arbonne, network marketing, how they work, and how I could really speak truthfully about the company to my future clients and team members.  But as time kept passing by, I saw that Arbonne was an amazing community that is not about selling healthy, clean plant-based products that are super friendly to the planet, but they are a family, a community that helps, supports, and empowers each other to grow our businesses and ourselves as an empowered woman.  With Arbonne, you create your business; it is yours, but you are never alone; you have a coach right next to you.

I love my business and I am still in the works of my membership site, it is my dream, but I also know really deep in my heart that joining Arbonne and helping other women to empower themselves is how I can serve and follow my other dream to help females that just like me, were at the very lowest point of their lives and made it through and became successful and extraordinary.  As soon as I realized I could serve my purpose in life to serve other women and educated myself on what Arbonne does, and how they help women (and males) to be successful and healthy from the inside out, I knew it was time to jump in and join this amazing community of powerful women.  

So What Is Arbonne: The Products

We have over 400 products that are all sold online.  We have everything from makeup, skincare, nutrition, bath and body, men's skincare, a baby line, and essential oils.  I noticed that I had already purchased these products anyways, I mean, I use deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo, protein shake, vitamins, and makeup ... my money was already going towards them, however, they weren't clean products and didn't go with my new values, so I decided to shop from my own store where I know for a fact that the products I'm getting are cruelty-free, vegan, clean, and will be delivered right to my door. 

Not just that, but I know they are going to be amazing for me, for my health from the inside out, and on top of that, I would get them for an amazing discount... did I mention how they always consider their environmental impact and always make sure is good for our planet? Oh, yeah, I did LOL!

I also love that we just became a B corporation as well. This is a certification that shows our transparency as a company, and we not only want to be the best company in the world, but to be the best company for the world.

Becoming A Consultant

When you sign on as an Independent Consultant, you get started with a $99 fee in the US (we are also in other 5 countries like Canada, Australia, Poland, UK, and New Zealand, prices vary per country).  With your fee, you will get a consultant kit straight to your doorstep with a welcome guide, guidelines, and resources. 

You will also get your own online office right away, along with your website where people can shop from, and you will get a commission for each time they order from it.  Alongside that, if you sign up with me, it's my responsibility as your mentor to help you hold your hand as much as you need to on your entire journey in your Arbonne business.  You also get added to our membership website "Done Playing Small," where you get training and extra resources that will hold the community and you on.  

You only get paid for every sale you make, but as you get more people on your team, it is your responsibility to coach them and help them to grow their business as well, and Arbonne sees that and compensates you for referring new people to the company by giving you an override percentage at the end of each month. Again, you get paid by sales made only, not by how many people you get into the team, so this is not a pyramid scheme.   Arbonne also compensates you by giving you monthly cash bonuses when you get promoted and you could also get a brand new Mercedes Benz by giving you the money every single month into your bank account to pay your car when you hit your third rang in the business, it is your car, it is on your name, the company does not own it, it's yours girl! It is really amazing how you can interact with other ladies in this business who are far, far, far away from you in other countries and still create an amazing community and friendships.  With this business you don't need to clock in or clock out of an office, with a WIFI you got this, all you need is your phone, a laptop, a desktop, or your tabled and you are set to go and run your business and that stood up to me because as a single mamma of three I wanted to be able to support my family and my home while still at home with them and with Arbonne I can do that right away.  With Arbonne, you can create the versatility to work on your own schedule and have the freedom to travel every time you need to without compromising your business because you can take your business with you.  

This business is all about effort. If you put a little bit of effort, that's exactly what you will get a little, but if you put a lot of effort, then you will get a lot.  It is based on how much you want to do; you can keep this as a side income, or you can have this to quit your 9-5 job. I was so scared to get started and grow my community, it said I did not want to get a community, I just wanted to sell the products, but something kept bothering me to grow my business with other amazing women, and I got scared every time I thought of it, but I finally did it and I am so happy I did.  As a business owner already, I noticed I got the skill and knowledge that I always wanted to share all the insane incredible things I have learned about creating and growing a business, but couldn't share it because my initial business was about health and wellness and not entrepreneurship, but now I can share everything with you guys.  

I also wanted to be in a business where I could work from home, and then when I move back to Virginia soon, I could take it with me, headache-free! No moving office, no moving inventory, no new employees, etc.  I can leave whenever I want and not lose a cent on my commission or general income or community.  I can work from home, with all three kids with me, I can respond to their needs, I can choose when to sit down and work, and when to watch a movie with them or play board games and have fun together.  

Arbonne is not an easy business, but it is a simple business that, if you put all you've got into it, pays off big time! Remember, all you do is recommend the product to people and the business to people, and you get compensated through commission every time you or your team purchases the products.

And by the way, I got started in Arbonne with another person who is in another country! Yup, she's from Kentucky, and I am from Puerto Rico; we have never met in person, but we still got to meet and join the business together, because I really want to get more out of my life, of my crazy schedule, and for the future of my little family.  You don't need to be an expert.
