Every year, we start with big dreams and clear intentions — but somewhere along the way, life happens. Distractions sneak in, motivation fades, and the version of ourselves we promised to become gets pushed to “next month.”But not this time.


As we approach the end of the year, I’ve decided to lock in — not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. For the next 90 days, I’m committing to a full transformation: aligning my habits, energy, and focus with the woman I’m becoming — a thriving, full-time content creator, entrepreneur, and mindful leader.


This isn’t just a challenge. It’s a recommitment to myself.


What Does “Lock-In” Mean?


Locking in means going all in. It’s about shutting the door on distractions, self-doubt, procrastination, and all the “I’ll do it later” energy that holds us back. It’s a mindset shift — from trying to deciding.


To me, locking in means:

  • Being intentional with my time and energy

  • Replacing comfort with consistency

  • Choosing purpose over excuses

  • Living in alignment with my goals — not my emotions


It’s not about perfection; it’s about presence and discipline. It’s about showing up for my dreams like they already exist — because energetically, they do.


Why I’m Doing This Challenge


I’ve spent years building my business, raising my family, and learning to balance motherhood with entrepreneurship. But I’ve realized something powerful: clarity without commitment doesn’t create change.


I have all the tools — knowledge, strategy, and systems — but results only come from consistency. These next 90 days are about execution. About turning wisdom into action. About embodying the woman I’ve been becoming all along.


I’m doing this to:

My Lock-In Daily Commitments


Here’s how I’m showing up for myself every day of this challenge:


🥗 1. Eat More Whole Foods

Food is energy. I’m focusing on clean, nourishing meals — mostly whole, unprocessed foods that fuel my body and mind. Less mindless snacking, more mindful nourishment.


💪 2. Move My Body Daily

Movement is medicine. Whether it’s a workout, yoga flow, walk, or dance session — the goal is to move with intention every single day.


💻 3. Work on My Business Daily

No more “waiting for motivation.” Every day, I’ll take one intentional action that moves my business forward — creating content, connecting with my audience, or building systems.

4. Follow a Schedule

Freedom is found in structure. I’m creating a daily routine that balances work, wellness, motherhood, and rest — so I can thrive in all areas.


🧠 5. Create Habits and Routines

Small daily actions create big transformations. I’m focusing on habit stacking — adding small, consistent behaviors that align with my bigger goals.


📚 6. Read, Journal, and Meditate

These are my non-negotiables for mental and emotional alignment. Reading expands my mind, journaling grounds my thoughts, and meditation re-centers my energy.


🎨 7. Practice a Relaxing Hobby for 30 Minutes

Rest is productive. I’ll dedicate time daily to something that brings calm — like coloring, puzzles, or sudoku. These moments of relaxation recharge my creativity and focus.

This challenge isn’t about burnout or doing more — it’s about doing what matters most. It’s about living intentionally, aligning your actions with your vision, and realizing that consistency is the bridge between who you are and who you’re becoming.


Every choice is a vote for the woman you’re becoming. And for the next 90 days, I’m voting for my future self — over and over again.
